The DEL/DRIVE range combines several products that meet all needs
DEL/DRIVE 50 is made from polyurethane. Flexible with reduced elongation, it is suitable for conveying lightweight to medium loads.
DEL/DRIVE 50AM benefits from an antimicrobial treatment in the polymer.
This treatment inhibits bacterial growth and prevents contamination of transported products. It also helps limit the development of odours, optimises food safety and makes belt cleaning easiers.
The DEL/DRIVE 50AMEM belt benefits from an antimicrobial treatment in the polymer. The structured upper surface can increase the friction coefficient in some applications and also helps reduce adhesion for other transported products.
DEL/DRIVE 50H is made from a polyester elastomer which can support medium to heavy loads. It can be used on conveyors with long centre distances and, in certain cases, can cope with accumulated products.
The DEL/DRIVE 50EMLT belt made from polyurethane is resistant to very low room temperatures. The structured upper surface provides a higher coefficient of friction with frozen products.
The DEL/DRIVE 50/25 belt is a positively driven conveyor belt with 50mm drive teeth on one face, and 25mm drive teeth on the other allowing one side to drive and the other to act as low flights for increased grip.
The DEL/DRIVE 25 belt operates on small diameter rollers and is available up to 1200 mm wide. Its reduced tooth pitch and thickness help decrease the conveyor footprint and improve product transfer.
