Your personalised conveyor belts, either open ended or endless (welded) are created in our workshop.
Many type of grain (raised elements embossed on the conveyor belt) are available, such as studs, diamonds, sawtooth, SG3 (fishbone).
The depth of the grain can also be modified according to your needs. For example, a small stud prevents frozen products from sticking to the conveyor belt, without decreasing the ease of cleaning. A more defined stud improves adherence of products on a slope.
According to your requirements for adherence, slippage, accumulation, and resistance to temperature or abrasion, many surfaces are available, such as Linatech, rubber or PVC Supergrip, Aramid or polyester felt, foam.
Various types of perforation can also be provided throughout the range to facilitate drainage or the positioning of goods.
Some applications require the use of large polyurethane or polyester bars (up to 35mm thick and 140mm wide). These bars can not be manufactured by direct extrusion. Our multi layer process helps us to provide homogenous bars with perfectly flat and rectilinear surfaces.
