Profiles, Guides and Sidewalls

Our conveyor belts are well adapted to the creation of many varied configurations, and can be created in our workshop or provided as separate elements.

Profiled conveyor belts profiled conveyor belts

profile

Our profiled conveyor belts allow horizontal or inclined handling of loose products. The profiles, of different forms and thickness, can be high frequency soldered with a curvature at the base which allows no foothold for bacteria or dirt.

guides

The guides, whatever their number or location on the conveyor belt, are welded and not glued.  This guarantees perfect steadiness and no risk of separation of the belt from the guide.

welding process

Joining the ends of guided fabric belts is a long and fastidious process. This process is very simple and fast with our mono materiel belts. Our tools allow one step welding of belt and guides.

sidewalls

Supple sidewalls may be welded to the sides of the conveyor belt in order to confine loose products.
